The Stanley and Livingstone Hotel is located on the the Victoria Falls Private Game Reserve, which is a 6000 acre private reserve, bordering the Zambezi National Park. The lush gardens fuse with bush, hosting an abundance of birdlife and wildlife. A large water hole attracts animals including many of the Big 5 which you can watch from the comfort of the hotel.

The Victoria Falls are spectacular throughout the year, however the heaviest flow and volume of spray occurs after the rainy season, from February onwards. The dry season, from August onwards, offers the most exciting white-water rafting. The Zambezi Gorge's turbulent waters boast the biggest commercially navigable rapids in the world.

How to get to The Stanley and Livingstone

There are numerous daily scheduled flights from Johannesburg to Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe) and Livingstone (Zambia). On arrival at Victoria Falls Airport guests will be met by a representative from The Stanley and Livingstone and transferred to the hotel which is only 15 minutes from the airport.
