Victoria Falls Private Game Reserve

The 66ha (163 acre) Victoria Falls Private Game Reserve is just outside Victoria Falls town on the road to the airport. The reserve is on the edge of the basalt and Kalahari sands systems in mopane-dominated woodlands mixed with open savanna.

The reserve holds lion, elephant, buffalo and the larger antelope. It is also the base from which the company offers its lion and elephant encounters.

The reserve offers guided day and night drives but does not allow self-drive. A recommended experience is the night drive, which gives you a chance to see the smaller predators, like civet and genet, which are not often seen by day. The evening ends with a spectacular bush dinner under the stars.

Chizarira

Chizarira is an isolated reserve on the Zambezi escarpment between Victoria Falls and Kariba, which is accessible only by 4x4.
